Food Journal 9-16-11

Breakfast:
~half a piece of Crustless Broccoli/Ham/Cheese Quiche
~PG Tips Loose Leaf Tea with local honey and a splash of milk


~Small serving of GF Granola and Brown Cow Vanilla Yogurt
~White Tea with local honey

Lunch:

~Sauteed Mushrooms, Red Pepper, Onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 hamburger...over Brown Rice ---Yummy!
~Hot Decaf Frontier Black Tea with local honey and Organic Farms Half 'n Half

Dinner:
~3 chicken legs baked with a bit of San-J Gluten-free  Szechuan Hot & Spicy Stir-Fry and Marinade
~Green Beans sauteed with chopped onion, clove of garlic, and mushrooms
~Large glass of 2% milk (to curb the hotness of the chicken, lol)

~2 GF Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars


Note to self: I need to drink more water--was feeling that at the end of the day!
