Food Journal 9-15-11

Breakfast:
~Cup of hot PG Tips Tea with local honey and a splash of milk
~Crustless Broccoli, Ham and Cheese Quiche
~Another cup of tea (hey, it's 61* in here and I'm trying to stay warm!)

Lunch:
~the obligatory leftover Turkey Veggie Soup
~Fried Okra-fresh from the garden!
~Cup of tea/honey/milk


Snack:
~2 GF Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
~Stash Honeybush Vanilla Tea (I am fairly certain something in this didn't agree w/me--corners of my mouth are a bit sore this morning.)


Dinner:
~Hamburger(no bun) with dill pickles, a few homemade Sweet Freezer Pickles, Romaine
~Cup of milk
