Food Journal 9-14-11

Good day to you!

~Cup of PG Tips Loose Leaf Tea with local honey and splash of milk

Breakfast:
~Bowl of Dannon Plain Yogurt (whole milk kind) topped with homemade GF Granola
~Another cup of tea


~27 oz filtered water (in my Kleen Kanteen)

Lunch:
~Bowl of Dahl Soup over brown rice


~Healthier Morning Orange Drink popsicle (go, probiotics!)

~27 oz filtered water
~Apple


~Cup of Organic & Pure White Tea with local honey
~2 GF Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Dinner:
~Sandwich with Udi's GF Millet and Chia Bread, Kraft Single, Hormel Naturals Ham, Fleischmann's Mayo and mustard and dill pickles
~Sweet Potato Fries
~Glass of 2% rbgh-free milk
~Multivitamin, probiotic, omega 3 


~Glass of filtered water
